Our Policies

Daily Dog Walks

Once your invoice is emailed, any canceled visits for that particular week will be charged a cancellation fee of $14 for EACH canceled visit.
Same day of cancellations are expected to be paid in full.

ALL Vacation/Home Care Visits

Will require either a 25% or 50% deposit at time of booking that is NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you need to cancel your vacation visits, once booked, 6 days or more BEFORE your first visit, you will be charged 1/2 of your total invoice. Your deposit will be put towards the cancellation.

If you need to cancel your vacation visits 5 days or LESS before your first visit, full payment is expected.

Once your vacation visits begin, any canceled visits are expected to be paid in full.

Holiday Upcharge: $10-20 per visit

Mother’s & Father’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day

Booking less 10 days for vacation/home care visits may be subject to a scheduling fee.

Booking less 5 days for daily dog walks may be subject to a scheduling fee

**Flight changes, weather or any situation that is not in control of client or Waggin Tails will still be expected to follow Waggin Tails policies. Thank you for understanding!
